  • Have an exciting New Year's party at your home/hotel with our help.
  • The decor will create the right vibe for the party. To make this backdrop we will use letter foil balloons that read a "Happy New Year" message.

What we'll provide:

Notes:

  • The ballons will be filled with normal air and not helium or any other gas that could be harmful.
  • Before 9am and after 9pm late charges 200/- will be applied.
  • The decorator will not wait more than 30 minutes at the location from the chosen time slot.
  • We use air balloons, fix them to your ceiling with a removable cello-tape (generally no mark on ceiling but please remove within 24 hours) to create the same experience as helium balloons.

  • 96% Refund in the original payment method if cancelled within 72 hours of the booking, except for Romantic Stay packages where 40% of the money will be refunded in the original payment method.
  • Refunds for experiences to be availed in the next 72 hours will be done only in TogetherV Wallet.
  • Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with NO Refund.
  • 24 hours to 2 days before an experience: Cancellation with 95% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
  • 2 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 100% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
  • No Cancellation for Diwali card Party experience(s) and it's various offerings.
  • No Cancellation for Digital experiences. Refund will be in TogetherV Wallet only.
  • Cancellation will be taken in working hours only via email at info@togetherv.com with Order Id.
  • No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
  • In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.
  • Less than 24 hours before experience: No Rescheduling.
  • 24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
  • 3 days or more before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
  • No Rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February or 25th and 31st December or any other special days for Special Packages.
  • Our working days/hours are 7 days (11am - 8 pm).
  • Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on the same day of your experience.
  • To officially cancel or reschedule reply to booking confirmation email saying I wish to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process with your order id or Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date with your order id.
  • It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for TogetherV wallet.
  • To preserve customer privacy, Photos taken in the customer (Photography add-on) are deleted within a week of the event date and TogetherV is not liable for the loss of the images if they are not downloaded by the customer within  5 days of sharing images link.
  • Guitarist will wait for 15-30 minutes for your arrival from the booked slot time. In case of late arrival Guitarist may leave and there won't be any refund.
  • In case of a complaint, notice must be given to TogetherV within the experience time slot. TogetherV will mediate where necessary and would have the final say in all disputes.
